9 Days of Extreme Fun!
Yipee! After few months of waiting, I will now see the Twin Towers in Malaysia and the famous Sentosa Island in Singapore!
Trivia:
Did you know that: The Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia rise to a height of about 452 m (including spires)? They are made out of steel reinforced concrete, steel and glass. Also, the skybridge between the towers helps stabilize the verticality of the towers.
Did you know that: Sentosa means peace and tranquility? The island was once a fishing village and later become a British military fortress until 1967. It was only in 1968 did the Singapore Government decided to develop the island into a holiday resort for local visitors and tourist, thus the name.

Pack Light
It's already summer time and I know that a lot of you my friends will go somewhere to enjoy this great season!
Here are my few tips on how to pack right:
1) Know the climate of your destination. Of course, the type of dress you need to bring depends on the temperature of the place. Bring knits if you are going to a cold place and cotton fabrics on hot places.
2)Then plan the things that you need to bring otherwise, you will just carry an "excess baggage" of stuff you wont use.
3)If you are planning to experience night life in your destination, it will not hurt if you pack a nice "night dress" since there are establishments that enforces dress codes.
4)Pack light. This is especially true for those who are shopaholic! Packing light will allow you shop more and not go over the allowable weight limit of your baggage, thus saving you money.
Happy trip guys!

Puzzle Addict
I bought a 750 piece puzzle last week. It was the image of Taj Mahal in Agra, India. It was the one that I chose since I just watched “Slumdog Millionaire” (the best picture of the 81st academy awards).
When my mom and sister saw it, they told me that I won’t be able to finish the puzzle. Just like the one that was given to me years back as a birthday gift, they said that it will end up in the trash bin.
I was challenged! I want to prove them that they are dead wrong! Hahaha!
Now, after 1 day and 4 hours, it now hanged beautifully in our kitchen wall!
I might buy another one since it helped me “save” some money. How? Because when I am bored, I tend to go to the mall and spend on things I do not need. So that puzzle kept me grounded. Hahahahah!
I want more puzzles! Paging friends of Aeia! Hahahaha!

I'm Turning a Year Older!
I am turning a year older and I hope that I became wiser as well!
There are a lot of things that I am thankful for. But the top 3 are my friends, family and God.
My family since they are always there for me, supporting me in everything that I do. Without them, I will not be the person that I am today.
And God for all the blessings and wonderful friends!
Happy Birthday to me!

EraserHeads CD
I was not able to watch the Renuion Concert of Eheads last year nor their concert last March 7. Had my friend picked another date to get married (Jo, you are far more important that watching a history unfold hehehehe), I know that I will do my best to get a ticket so as to see the "continuation" of the first one.
I bought a CD of the first one, and believe it or not, I think that it was great! I was always at the edge of my seat since I do not have any idea how the concert will end! It was a blast!
I am a movie buff and I can say that the way they captured the entire concert was amazing! I enjoyed it to the max! hahahaha! I was singing...dancing...its as if I am watching it live!
But the best part was when Ely Buendia sat down due to fatigue. With his blank stare, you know that it was over.
So, I will definitely buy a copy of the latest reunion. My friend Verna says that it was superb! (I envy her since she was able to experience it first hand.) I just hope that it will come out sooner than expected.

Difference between http and https
I just want to share to you this message that I received from Ned. I did not know the difference as well and I believe that this information is really helpful especially now that we are using the web for a lot of reasons. Here it goes:
FIRST, MANY PEOPLE ARE UNAWARE OF: **The main difference between http and https.
It's all about keeping you secure.
**HTTP stands for HyperText Transport Protocol, which is just a fancy way of saying it's a protocol (a language, in a manner of speaking) for information to be passed back and forth between web servers and clients. The important thing is the letter S which makes the difference betweenHTTP and HTTPS. The S (big surprise) stands for "Secure".
If you visit a website or webpage, and look at the address in the web browser, it will likely begin with the following: http://. This means that the website is talking to your browser using the regular'unsecure' language. In other words, it is possible for someone to "eavesdrop" on yourcomputer's conversation with the website. If you fill out a form on the website, someone might see the information you send to that site.
This is why you never ever enter your credit card number in an http website!
But, if the web address begins with https, that basically means your computer is talking to the website in a secure code that no one can eavesdrop on. You understand why this is so important, right? If a website ever asks you to enter your credit card information, you should automatically look to see if the web address begins with
https . If it doesn't, there's no way you're going to enter sensitive information like a credit card number.
It better to be careful than to be sorry for things that we dont know.
