we were there during the opening and enjoyed the food. here are some points for improvement:
the porridge -very filling :p the serving is still enough even if you don't fill the bowl up to the brim so leave some space for stirring next time
the vinegar sauce -fits the lumpia (spring roll) well but needs more sweetness to fit the tokwa (beancurd)
the tokwa -it's tofu actually and i <3 it. however, some foodies prefer the crunchy all throughout version so it's better to have other choices
the caldo (chicken), the goto (ox tripe) and the coffee -these are not yet available during the opening. make sure to have it prepared early next sunday okay?
tokwa't baboy -this is a special request of Sam so hopefully it is already included in your menu by the time she gets here.
refreshment -next time you get upgrades, make sure you include a small fridge for other drinks
